Great kimbap is all about ratios, and at Kimbap Paradise, a casual all-day spot on Vermont, they have it down to a science. We love the thin ring of rice that’s nearly bursting with protein and vegetables, as well as the not-so-standard fillings options like fried shrimp or pickled jalapeño.
