"Lam’s Kitchen in Chinatown nails noodles in all its forms: there’s glistening beef chow fun, steaming hot saimin, and won ton egg noodle soup. But a trip to this casual place isn’t valid without an order of the look fun rolls. The platter of rolled and sliced rice noodles arrives wiggly, chewy, and ready for the requisite soy sauce downpour.
