"This Mexican restaurant from Seabrook—a small Washington beach town—brings fun warm weather energy and actual palm trees to its Capitol Hill location. Large half-moon booths are full of people partying in what feels like the lobby of a Tulum resort, and the staff is right there with you having a good time. The drinks are strong and the buzz from EDM music may linger after you leave—but the food is not that memorable. It's best to stick with small dishes like the tuna tostada that pairs well with the jalapeño margarita. You can skip the limp carne asada tacos and salty chorizo burger.
