"When Zoé Tong opened on Barton Springs Road in 2023, it also inherited a smoker from one of the previous tenants. And now they’re putting that smoker to use, by opening up a small food truck in the same lot. Here, the menu is a little different than at Zoé Tong. Rather than focusing on Chinese street food and skewers, Si Baby Q blends Texas-style BBQ and South Asian flavors, in a much more casual (and outdoor) setting that’s perfect for a snack after a day at Barton Springs.
