"This small Michoacán-based pizza shop recently opened in CDMX near El Ángel de la Independencia, one of the city’s most noteworthy monuments. Go see that, then grab a spritz and a Neapolitan-style pie at Mammut after. Our favorite is the Salchicha Diavola with a puffy, charred wood-fired crust and spicy pepperoni, salami, sausage, and a secret cheese mix. Add an order of hummus for the table, which comes with more dough for dipping. And, if you’re staying nearby, take advantage of the fact that you can get your pies delivered." - Guillaume Guevara
