"Nancy Meyers couldn’t conjure up a more cinematic date spot than Bar Sinizki. This all-day bistro in Atwater Village feels ripped from an early aughts European postcard (back when people still sent postcards.) There’s a shrub-filled sidewalk patio and a retro bar area with checkerboard floors and copper-tiled ceilings. You and your date will sip Boulevardiers while snacking on trout tartines and brown butter perogies. They don’t accept reservations, but even during prime time, you won’t have to wait more than a few minutes.
