"Tucked away in a gas station parking lot near 45th and Burnet, Kuway’s makes banh mi, bowls, and boba tea—really covering all the b’s you could want. The bread is made in-house (in-trailer?), meaning it’s just as fresh as the cilantro spilling out of your banh mi.
