Unsurprising, given that this ode to fast food joints comes from theChug’steam. That means burger patties are served right off a flat top, not out of a plastic warming drawer. And when you bite into a ridiculously crunchy nugget, you can see actual chicken meat. But our favorite thing on the menu is the frita royale: A chorizo patty baptized in tangy mojo ketchup topped with cheese, pickled onions, and papitas.
