"Bar Pilar is an ode to Hemingway. It shares its name with his fishing boat, has framed photos of the famed author on the walls, and a cocktail menu that will surely have a strong Hemingway daiquiri, we assume. The bar sits inside Alici in Midtown and is only open Thursday-Saturday. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Juli Horsford
