"Having dinner at Amalfi feels like joining a secret society. It functions like Tanglewood’s private Italian kitchen, as both staff and diners, who are all regulars, greet each other on a first-name basis. And it makes sense folks would return here night after night with food this incredible. Like the ravioli made with pistachio-green pasta dough stuffed with truffle and taleggio. Or tender grilled octopus crusted in herbs. This one has a slight char with just enough crispy texture. And the entire dish is rubbed with herbs, chimichurri, and even more herbs. Pasta Chitarra Allo Scoglio Seafood lovers, this is your pasta. It contains six different kinds of crustaceans and mollusks laced with a slightly spiced tomato sauce. Each bite could turn anyone into a seafood truther. Ravioli Al Pistacchio Con Taleggio E Tartufo Con Ragù Di Cinghiale This ravioli checks a lot of boxes. But somehow each bite tastes uncharacteristically rich, as if these fish were on an all-butter diet. Tiramisu We appreciate that this tiramisu arrives in a glass goblet, allowing for maximum spoon-to-fluffy mascarpone cream contact.
