This Thai restaurant has some standout dishes like spicy udon noodles, along with takeout staples like pad thai and pad see ew. But they also have a few noodle-based soups that are great. For example, the khao-soi, with a tart and sweet broth punctuated by pickled vegetables, and topped with crispy noodles.
