"For a restaurant that was once Le Caprice and reborn as Arlington, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that one of London’s most classic dining rooms serves a pretty mean caesar salad. Sidling up to Arlington’s gleaming silver bar in St James’s for a martini and a caesar with fries is what those of us in the business call ‘A Move’. The salad is named in honour of the late Russell Norman of Brutto and is pleasingly crunchy, thanks to its dressing being liberally spread rather than fully mixed. The generous pile of anchovies on top scores high marks in our books." - jake missing, sinead cranna, heidi lauth beasley
