The minute you walk into the old Bistro Provence space, you’re met with small wood tables filled with regulars sharing conversations over baked escargots bathed in garlic and parsley butter cooked in a wood-burning oven. A sharable bowl of fresh mussels with white wine cream sauce is the ultimate sopping up broth-together date dish, but like a delectable sloppy two-years-in date, not a first date. And, the biggest surprise of the night is how this French bistro serves a great pizza.
