"Does this city know how to open a restaurant that isn’t Italian? According to this month’s openings, not really. But unlike the others, Rosaluna in Downtown is open for breakfast, serving pistachio pancakes, short rib benedict, and omelets. For lunch, they have salmon carpaccio, shrimp ceviche, and various pastas. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation
