"There are better places to eat than Buddakan, but if you took the 5pm tour at the Liberty Bell, it's the hippest spot within walking distance for dinner. Their rock shrimp bao buns and tuna tartare spring rolls are great, and you can’t go wrong with most of the dim sum section of the menu.
