"Ethiopian spot Addis recently got a new home on the historically Black New Orleans street Bayou Road. Here, they truly get to take up space, with a handwashing station in front and lots of Ethiopian dining tables known as mesobs throughout the room. Start with the Addis special, which is kind of like steak tartare, and lentil sambusas, followed up with a big plate of lamb tibs, mar mitmita shrimp, and a side of wot.
