"If you're riding down Buford Highway, follow the giant plumes of smoke to El Autentico, a fast-casual Mexican restaurant. While plenty of menu items come off that grill, you're here for the flame-roasted chicken. It's bathed in lime for a powerful citrusy finish, cut into pieces, and stuffed into a styrofoam container that barely constrains the fragrant smoke swirling inside it. We'd pay $30 just to bottle up the smell. But you get an entire chicken—plus a salad, rice, beans, corn tortillas, and salsas. It’s enough food to feed a whole family or, you know, just yourself." - juli horsford
