"Mott 32 is a pretty typical party brunch on the Strip, except there’s some excellent dim sum. Start the meal with a double order of pork soup dumplings, one traditional with salty broth that’s more electrolyte-replenishing than Gatorade and another with the hot and sour filling that’s perfectly tangy. The brunch drinks go beyond the Hong Kong Iced Tea and their other usual cocktails—we like the Kowloon Coffee, which is pretty much an espresso martini with cream and an added umami kick of soy sauce. There’s a DJ in true Vegas fashion, so it’s too loud for intimate conversations but great for daytime partying." - emmy kasten, melinda sheckells, ryan slattery
