New City Microcreamery - Review - Cambridge - Boston - The Infatuation

"New City Microcreamery steeps their ice creams for 24 hours, then freezes them with liquid nitrogen - supposedly that’s why their scoops are so rich and creamy. Look, we’ll believe anything a marketing firm tells us as long as there’s great ice cream involved. And from our experiences with the salted Oreo, ginger lemongrass, and peanut butter brownie flavors, that involvement is certainly not in question." - Joel Ang
