Bizarrely exclusive, the small restaurant has a nearly blacked out exterior, white tablecloths, and a menu stuffed with excellent Gulf seafood and pasta. A mob boss might take his dramatic side piece, and no one would bat an eye if she dumped a glass of Cabernet on his head.
