"California’s Tabu Shabu team picked Nashville as its first venture outside of the state with a location on the ground floor of the Sentral Apartment Complex in SoBro. The interior looks like a Japanese tea house, but instead of delicate cups of matcha, you’ll find shabu shabu hotpots, yakitori skewers grilled over open coals, kosho garlic noodles, and Japanese spirits and cocktails.
