"On St. Marks in the East Village, Cecilia is an organic wine bar with New York-inspired bistro food, like chopped liver with pickles, and a patty melt on rye. In the same location that once housed late-night spot Yaffa Cafe, Cecilia makes it’s own bid for icon status with a cityscape mural outside, complete with water towers and the Empire State Building.
