"If you could have great homestyle Italian and a giant dance party in grandma’s kitchen, you’d have Noni’s—one of Atlanta’s hottest nightlife scenes. In fact, all the cheese is made in-house, which is probably why the lasagna Bolognese—layered with ricotta, parmesan, and mozzarella between frilled, handmade noodles—is basically a voyage to Northern Italy in a bite.
