"Asad’s Hot Chicken took over the Northeast a while back. And now it’s in University City with the hopes of having the same fame as the original location, or The Palestra. Since they produce some of the best hot chicken in town, we think their sandwich-shaped stadium is coming any day now. Like their other location, they have fresh juice and smoothies, jumbo tenders, and crispy sliders on a brioche bun well worth waiting for. But heading there in the daytime ensures you’ll be in and out in 15 minutes or less." - Candis R. McLean
