They only cook once or twice a month, and the menu changes often, but just know that no matter what, you’re going to be eating fantastic, homestyle Indian food. Standouts from past meal drops include kadai chicken (cooked in tangy gravy with onions and bell peppers) and gobi matar, cauliflower and peas cooked together with turmeric, cumin, and other spices.
