"Pink Rambo is controlled chaos, in the best way, so come here when you’re looking to ramp up before a night out. The space with double-high ceilings and a retractable roof has R&B music playing and people using outdoor voices. Their menu is all over the place, as if someone took their favorite dishes from around the world and put them into one spot. There are langoustine dumplings in a homey broth and empanadas de queso con cebolla caramelizada with spicy garlic salsa. The wine list is eclectic, too, with everything from an Argentine cabernet sauvignon to Alsatian Pierre Frick orange gewürztraminer. Even though portions are on the small side, the prices are pretty fair, and service is attentive. " - guillaume guevara
