"Costa is a Mediterranean spot on the Upper East Side, in the old Atelier location on Madison Ave. It’s got posh crystal chandeliers and vintage artwork, as well as pistachio cheesecake, and it’s right near all the museums (closest to the Cooper Hewitt and Jewish Museums).
