This Bernal Heights takeout counter (they also have a location in the Mission) is an early morning haven of fantastic coffee and housemade pastries. Whether you want your caffeine in pour-over form or as something a little more splashy, like the well-spiced dirty chai, it’ll consistently function as your much-needed pick-me-up.
