Daphne’s is the cocktail bar and bistro that Westhampton Beach has been craving. World class bistro fare inspired by the Mediterranean, insanely creative cocktails and amazing music. We’ve created a space that’s inspired by the beach. Sexy and cosmopolitan, but never stuffy. And yes, it’s vibey. We’re a team made up of chefs, restaurateurs, tech entrepreneurs, DJs and food lovers. Our team is seasoned, having worked with industry titans such as Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Wolfgang Puck, Gordon Ramsey, Laurent Tourondel and Westhampton’s own Starr Boggs. What we have in common is our affection for Westhampton Beach, and our shared vision to create a cocktail bar and bistro that this town needs and deserves. We wanted to create approachable bistro food with an emphasis on quality. We’ve created a diverse menu made up small bites, local fish and Mediterranean inspired American fare. The menu is also peppered with classics like steak frites and some fun surprises we can’t wait for you to try! When possible, our ingredients are locally procured. we serve fish from Haskell’s dayboats, meats from Justin’s Chop Shop, Mecox Bay dairy cheeses and veggies from the Saturday farmers market. To further satisfy our passion for being locally driven, we will be growing most of our herbs right in our own patio garden. We play old school hiphop from the golden era. We’re not a nightclub, but we expect you to get your groove on. Tell your friends…better yet, bring them!
