"Kissproof is part cool-kid hangout, part dive-bar vibes, which is reason enough to get here. The other is their great selection of absinthe. The cocktail list has classics like a sazerac, and interesting takes on bubbles, plus cider and sparkling sake. Since you’re in France, they of course have a couple of wines by the glass on the menu, too.
