The former factory’s brick walls enclose the space, keeping it quiet even when the taproom is overloaded with out-of-towners. They stock 16 local beers on draft, and their cocktail menu is impressive even for a distillery, featuring crushable, patio-friendly pineapple daiquiris and their Pink Drink, both of which showcase the many spirits they distill off-site.
