"From the owners of nearby Cafe D’Anvers, Girasole in East Harlem absorbed the staff from a nearby Italian restaurant that was shutting down. Along with fake sunflowers and plenty of pastas, Girasole offers a few good summery deals, like $9 Aperol spritzes, $18 for a martini and fries, and a dozen oysters plus a bottle of wine for $55.
