Erica brews the beers using old-world techniques, with a focus on farmhouse and belgian style ales, while Brian bakes naturally leavened sourdough with a focus on New York rye. Pair those loaves with the Hold Fire porter or In a Word, Intuitive smoked rye and some small bites like olives, hummus, and spiced nuts.
