What was once a moody, cigar-lounge/library-looking spot with a few booths is now a grand, sweeping room swathed in deep purple curtains. After dark, those drapes open for views of the city lights that match everything on the Manhattan menu perfectly. Then there’s the expanded food menu, with an expertly-cooked thick-cut bone-in pork chop, potato chip ice cream, and more.
