"Lolo in East Hollywood has one of the most underrated patios on the Eastside, thanks to its quiet setting and massive fig trees. The menu is keeping a tight focus to start, serving snacks and focaccia sandwiches at lunchtime, and at night, they’re doing housemade pastas - spaghetti with sungold tomatoes and eggplant, tagliatelle with mushrooms, and ricotta cavatelli with pepper ragu and pork meatballs. They’ve got an excellent wine selection, too, and are offering all bottles from their shop at retail price for dine-in (plus a $10 corkage)." - brett keating
