Lil Sweet Treat - Review - West Village - New York - The Infatuation

"Lil Sweet Treat is about the size of your average West Village walk-in closet, so you can expect a short line outside when you visit, overseen by a bouncer in a red-and-white striped apron who looks straight out of Candy Land. On line there are West Village-dwellers on remote work breaks, gummy super fans who transferred trains to travel here, and very few actual children. Inside, choose from approximately 40 different types of high quality gummies which are each labeled with their texture and flavor, like the cola-flavored Chill Guys, which are chewy, firm, and made in Sweden. At $4.75 per quarter pound, you’re bound to leave having spent around $20 more than you planned to. But hey—you can’t get rainbow belt bites straight from the Netherlands just anywhere. photo credit: Alex Staniloff photo credit: Alex Staniloff photo credit: Alex Staniloff" - Willa Moore
