"Another week, another Downtown hotel bar. This one’s located at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco and features an all-day menu. There doesn’t seem to be a strong theme uniting the dishes except your usual "PNW" vagueness, but you can find things like scrambles for breakfast, fried oyster rolls for lunch, and risotto with foraged mushrooms for dinner. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Gabe Guarente
