"If you’re up early and want to see Paris wake up from the top of Montmartre, Beans on Fire is your spot. This two-level spot opens at 8am and is a good place to chill out after walking up the many hills to the Sacre Coeur. They offer pastries, but people are here for the cappuccinos and flat whites. Sit by the window, and watch tourists take photos outside (the mini mart on the corner is from Amélie) as you sip your café allongé or chai latte.
