"After you visit the Vatican, walk to Lina and load up on pizza al taglio while you reminisce about the Sistine Chapel. A standout here is their pizza layered with sweet, silky eggplant, tomato, salty olives, and pickled red onion—it’s one of the better vegetarian pizzas, and more interesting than a margherita. They also have excellent pizza rossa, as well as one that’s cut open and stuffed with paper-thin slices of capocollo, creamy stracchino cheese, and a sweet, tangy fig mostarda. Take everything outside on their shaded patio overlooking a large set of stairs." - Annie Replogle
