"The Gibson Room is a bar and restaurant on Coral Way from the Ariete team, which explains why the food menu is a lot more creative (and tasty) than what’s at your average bar. They serve impressively crispy fish & chips, foie gras flan, and a tamal en cazuela with duck chicharron. Coming here hungry is certainly a good idea, but it’s a great place to hang out regardless.
