"During the day, Blu Cantina in EAV is relatively quiet. Hit the Tex-Mex restaurant for lunch or dinner, and you’ll see a few tables of people munching on chips and guac or Blu Catina's very average shrimp taco. On nice sunny days, the patio is an excellent place to hang out with some friends and split a margarita pitcher. But at night, it’s another story. There’s a DJ, upbeat music, and the place is packed with people enjoying a pre-club frozen drink.
