"There are a few Georgian bakeries in this part of South Brooklyn, but very few of them have enough seating inside for you to eat a full meal. Georgian Star does. The Sheepshead Bay spot welcomes you in with its bright blue sign and giant refrigerators full of imported Georgian goods, like tarragon soda, pickles, and green and purple plum sauces, as well as frozen prepared foods like khinkali. But you can also get those soup dumplings hot, and eat them at a table alongside some hearty, beefy kharcho soup, and 12 different kinds of khachapuri. The Adjaruli is great—the rustic bread is the same color as a brown paper bag, with plenty of char on a volcano of cheese." - Will Hartman
