At this tiny Carroll Gardens pasta shop from the chef behind LaRina, you can pick up a pound of fresh cavatelli for dinner tonight, plus some homemade pesto and a ball of burrata. But don’t leave without letting them make you some pasta to stay, too. There’s two induction burners behind the counter where they’re taking just-boiled fresh pasta and finishing it simply with ragú, or butter, or pesto, and lots of freshly grated parmesan cheese. Don’t let an impromptu lunch tagliatelle deter you from getting that pound of cavatelli to go, though.
