"This Irish grocery store in Sunnyside can fulfill all of your soda bread and Cadbury needs, but it’s the deli that draws so many fans to Butcher Block. Follow your nose to the hot food bar in the back, where you’ll find fresh batches of shepherd's pie, sausage rolls, pot roast, and rotating daily specials. The corned beef and coffee brisket are on point, and you can even get a full Irish breakfast. But if you find yourself in critical condition after a late night at the pub, go for our personal grand slam: the full Irish . It comes with bacon rashers, black and white pudding, breakfast sausage, eggs, and ketchup on a fluffy roll.
