"When you dig through the pile of animal-style fries at Graze, you’ll wonder if they’re lying about the vegan thing. The name is pretty ironic given the lack of animal-anything in there, but the flavor is exactly like the original. The small bar in the tavern-style space also serves a buffalo-sauce-coated slab of firm tofu in a sandwich with carrots and ranch that has all the vibes of wings. It’s also a spot for a lovely drop-in date night, where you can share silver-dollar-sized chickpea “crab” cakes dipped in cocktail sauce, or a black bean patty melt layered with lots of spinach and thousand island dressing." - Ann Walczak
