"Jelly Roll’s gargantuan four-floor building is the latest in multi-level entertainment on the street. It reads a bit like drinking in a warehouse, but at least the gigantic space has a rockin’ band, comfy leather swivel seats, and a pretty solid burger with a cult following. Sometimes that Texas-raised Japanese wagyu patty in a potato bun is worthy of the hype, while other times the combo of secret sauce, onions, and jalapaños comes out of the paper wrapping a wet, soggy mess. The second floor is a more welcoming place to hang, but it does transform into a club with VIP service and DJs at night, and the rooftop with river views is a nice touch.
