"Strangeways is an outdoor-only restaurant on Metropolitan Avenue in Williamsburg that looks like it could win a garden design competition show. Along with landscaping, they’re also serious about natural wine at this American spot, so keep it in mind for a casual date with someone who cares about tannins and varietals. Their backyard cheeseburger tastes like it was grilled by someone who sends you holiday cards every year in a good way, but you can also get things like pork cheek vindaloo, clam spaghetti, and a ricotta flatbread.
