"Most day-drinking scenarios in Palm Springs involve heavily-poured poolside cocktails, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. But Draughtsman is here to give you another option. The massive bar/restaurant on the north side of town has a solid craft beer list and good bar food (get the burger).
