As the name suggests, Goto At Silog in Panorama City doesn’t miss in the silog department—the garlic rice is potent, the egg yolk is runny, and the pan-fried longanisa pops with flavor—but the main reason we’d send you to their small wood-paneled dining room way up in the Valley is the silky, umami-bomb rice porridge (a.k.a. goto or arroz caldo).
