"This counter-service Sicilian spot in Edgewater has delicious arancini that are perfect for a quick breakfast, lunch, or a light bite. Each order comes with two crispy golden rice balls stuffed with your choice of fillings like robust beef ragu, garlic, or roasted red peppers. They also have some pretty decent pre-made sandwiches like a muffaletta with hot capicola, salami, and giardiniera as well as Sicilian pizza-by-the-slice. Because Sfera is pretty small, taking things to go is probably the best option, but if you want to avoid a possible molten cheese crisis on the way to work, they have a handful of seats available." - John Ringor
